A brand new ambient album by Tonal Assembly! Over 54 minutes of never-before heard music.

In 2019, the book Earth Emotions by the Australian philosopher Glenn A. Albrecht was published. In this important and timely book, Albrecht gives words and names to the different emotions people feel as a response to the current ecological crisis.

Many of the emotions that people are feeling, both negative and positive, did not yet have names, since they were completely new to the Anthropocene. Albrecht's book thus opens up a new horizon of experiences for our present age.

The ambient tracks on this album, partly live improvisations, were composed between January 2023 and early 2024 and are inspired by Albrecht's book. They try to render some of the emotions of Albrecht's book into the language of music.

I dedicate this album to the new generations of human beings that hunger for the Symbiocene, which Albrecht envisions as the coming era of invisible indivisible unity... Dare to dream but also dare to act! As part of the whole, you can make a difference!
